Qualifications

Mr. Rogers has demonstrated his skills as a life cycle analyst, logistic engineer, safety analyst, and program manager by successfully applying and integrating specialty engineering, logistic support analysis, and life cycle support planning to a wide spectrum of programs for both military and commercial systems. His Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and 20 years practical work experience with complex systems provide the basis of his success improving products and processes, while at the same time reducing total ownership cost and life cycle burdens. He has developed his skills in reliability, maintainability, safety, logistic support, life cycle cost, performance based logistics, and systems analysis by working under the supervision of senior engineers on a wide variety of equipment and systems. As a project engineer and program manager for several specialty engineering programs, Mr. Rogers has successfully applied the full range of specialty engineering to improve performance, reduce cost, and improve system readiness. His capabilities and experience include the ability to apply life cycle engineering analyses to components, subsystems, systems, and systems of systems, and to develop cost- effective life cycle support plans using modern supply chain management and performance based logistics methodologies.
