Most classic Value Analysis programs focus on existing products or processes alone. ALE has developed a unique Value Analysis that can be applied at the concept or initial design phase of your product or process. ALE believes that the greatest impact on a product can be made at the beginning of the program and with the least amount of effort or investment. From product concept to after process implementation, ALE has the unique ability to help our customers to realize their product or processes' full potential.
