Cost-effective development of training material and conduct of training

ALE's training services include accomplishment of training needs analysis using Systems Approach to Training (SAT) techniques to ensure the most cost-effective training methods are employed. As training requirements are identified, ALE's team utilizes trade-off analysis techniques to identify the "best value" solution for training. This solution is developed by ALE in the form of training material, including instructor guides, student guides, multi-media presentation material, and student tests (when required).

In addition to development of required training course material, ALE has a group of trainers who are available to conduct operation and maintenance training courses for our customer.
