Risk Identification and Mitigation

Risk management is not only a contractual requirement, but essential for a business to survive and flourish. ALE has developed tools and techniques for use by a business to identify and track risk issues early in the product life cycle and for Management to utilize that information to effectively employ the appropriate program resources. Program Management needs to know what the critical issues are in order to effectively deal with them. ALE has the demonstrated ability to first recognize program risks and then highlight them to decision makers. Our extensive program experience also allows us to provide meaningful, cost-effective recommendations for dealing with the risk items.
